A headset can be one of the most important tools in a home office. In fact, it is absolutely essential if your job involves providing customer service support.
Work at home customer service agents need to have their hands free to type on their keyboard or maneuver their mouse. Therefore, when working in a phone support position workers are required to have a headset with an attached microphone that allows them to hear as well speak to their customers.
